Easy to book using the app. The driver was punctual and friendly and the ride was impeccable, not like being on a grand prix circuit like a lot of drivers.

Definitely my go to whenever I would need special transport. My experience today for airport drop off was amazing. The driver arrived on time, and he even communicated earlier to let me know what time he would be arriving plus he shared the vehicle plates, and model. I felt safe and decided to book my airport pick up as well using Taxicode. The fares are very fair and I mind about that because am a student. It is very easy to book with Taxicode.

AWFUL and UNRELIABLE service! My wife and I booked a taxi from London to the airport and got the confirmation email from Taxicode. However, the booking was CANCELLED 5 minutes before the appointment, without any apology and without any effort to provide an alternative. And this happened twice in the three times we used Taxicode. Taxicode may sound convenient, but I strongly suggest to choose different service if you don't want to end up paying more because of their last minute cancellations
