Poor Service Booked & paid for service 12 hrs in advance. No 2nd confirmation after 5 hrs. Phoned them up only to be told they couldn't provide the service I had paid for. Apparently 12 hrs notice of requirements is not enough. Stick to ringing a local firm and don't be left in the lurch.
Reviews scare me I cannot afford to be messed around, so I'm just going to use the old-fashioned method - hail a cab! I wish I could. But who's going to risk using this app after reading several recent bad reviews, even with the update?
Fails to deliver Booked a 6 seater a week in advance and received confirmations . The taxi company cancelled with less than 24 hours to go because it did not have a car, but hopes I will do business with them in the future. The business model for this app clearly does not offer reliability, since it simply offers business to taxi firms who take no responsibility for service.
Taxi failed to show up. The number I was given rang out. I think this is a scam
Taxi cancelled Stupid taxi cancelled made me late for my trip would of been nice to get a call instead of email since i dont check my email every hour on the hour. I even tried to rebook and it said i had to call due to timing tried and got told my journey which was £19.20 has now gone up to £45 unless i book through the website which just told me to call you
Timezone problem If you try to book from outside the UK timezone, it messes up the booking time and doesn't give you the chance to cancel or change once it's booked. So I booked a car to meet me at Heathrow 7 hours early by mistake because I booked from a timezone 7 hours ahead though I entered it correctly.
