Overall a good app, connected me to my driver easily. It did send me a few emails after I'd booked my ride saying my booking was 'incomplete' when I was just waiting for the taxi company to confirm the booking on their end.

same experience as a lot of other reviews I've now read. Was booked for a 4am trip, received confirmation regards different taxi firms, and then cancelled at 3am on the day, leaving me trying to get another ride. which I did not. missed my appointment. would not use again.

I would rate zero if it was there. I have booked a. VAN and paid 25 pounds. they send me a small car. Customer service is of no use. they are not even picking up call.
