"We collaborate closely with communities, which ensures smoother delivery and customer service. All of our operators are from previously disadvantaged groups in specific communities. We have applied a learn to earn model creating opportunities for unemployed youth trained in warehouse management and through technology, deliver a 'local communities servicing model' to Spaza, Tavern storesand homes.

In South Africa, every opportunity for job creation should be nurtured. Previously, small businesses in these regions could not accept deliveries from wholesalers and suppliers as the right systems and softwares were unavailable and they did not have sales representatives or access to logistics operators. As a result, suppliers could never service underdeveloped regions and markets.

We anticipate that TaxiConnect will expand the opportunity for our suppliers to access these markets and as a result, create opportunities for the communities to thrive."
