Bad UX. After you order a taxi it is not clear what to do next. I don't even talk about driver's navigation on a map or approximate waiting time. You just see your order number and that's it. I canceled first order and ordered one more time. As a result 2 taxi drivers was waiting for me and I was forced to pay for the second order as well. Even driver said that it's stupid and unclear that you don't understand what is happening on the order screen and that after you cancel it doesn't cancel

Booked through the app. Taxi arrived on time. Trip was efficient and comfortable.
