The Greyhound scooter application allows you to rent scooters and have a pleasant journey both easily and practically.

You can register our application with your phone number. In the application, you are met with your usage summary information and a list of the closest scooters to your location.

Allowing your location will make it easier to reach the scooters around you.

* Go to your nearest Hound.
* Scan Qr code on Hound and unlock *

When your ride is over, park the Greyhound in a suitable and safe place that will not harm the environment.

Please keep your own equipment (helmet) with you for a safe ride.

sorry to write this here. i tried other ways of reaching you, but there is no luck. even the customer support in the app is not working. at the beginning, the app and the scooters were great. I really liked it. but the last 3 scooters i rented did not work. it unlockes, but when i press the throttle, the scooter doesn't go. now i have money in my account i can't use or get back. and i don't know where to ask for refund

I almost had three accidents, gas button suddenly stops gearing. Another problem i faced with one scooter Its front wheel at left while the handle pointing to the middle. Nice experience but too dangerous

very good app, their scooters are bigger and beautiful. they customer services are very good my scooter ran out of charge and i couldn't lock and finish the ride. I explained my problem and shortly after i received a call talked with one of the agents and they resolved my problem and returned my money . 😊👍👍👍
