Total incompetence. It is integrated with the OTP Supra app to manage the payments and after 10 minutes I simply gave up. Took around 9 minutes to simply register the card after that simply could not have started the charging session. MVM is charging the highest rate in Europe (higher than Switzerland) and still can't get a working app

Terribliy complicated registration. if its anyway so expensive why no one off option via qr code and apple / google pay. took 15 minutes instead of 30 seconds... (and still not speaking of plug and charge...) DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ONE OFF CHARGING!!

App works great, only a few small issues here and there The most important problem is that it says the charger is free as soon as the car is fully charged but some will overstay with the cable connected and this doesn't show up in the app as a different status (like red) it only shows green(not charging) and blue(charging), this is a big problem because we go to the charger thinking it's free, only to find cars still there and waste our time If this could be fixed I'd give it a 5/5 rating
