I haven't used the app in many months but I constantly update ally apps when available. Went to TCBY last week and my app wouldn't open at all. Just flashed and went to my home screen. Cashier offered 2 enter my points manually. I got home uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Looked at permissions but couldnt change anything. Just received an email that I have a $3 reward -guessing cashier entered my info. Just tried app and same problem. Just uninstalled and reinstalled now and same thing.

Despite it saying you get a free item would sign up. In reality, you get absolutely nothing but subpar yogurt. The QR scanner stays blurry the entire time so that it's almost impossible to scan. The app requires access to a whole bunch of unnecessary items in the phone, specifically because the version was developed for very, very old Androids. This app very heavily needs an update.

The app will not let me sign in anymore. It keeps saying " your session has expired. please login again" on an infinite loop...I've closed the app and rebooted my phone, and nothing works. You are literally losing business because of the terrible app.
