Tuan Chau Scanner is a dedicated mobile application for ticket checkers at the entrance gates of events, conferences, concerts, and programs organized by Tuan Chau. The application helps control entry quickly, accurately, and reliably, even when the network at the event is intermittent.

Scan QR codes and barcodes directly on tickets. Optimized interface for one-handed operation at the gate, with a guide frame, flash on/off, and pause scanning function.

Displays clear results immediately after each scan:
• Valid ticket — entry allowed
• Used ticket — duplicate entry warning
• Invalid/wrong gate ticket — entry denied
Audio and vibration feedback helps staff process quickly in noisy environments.

Staff select the correct assigned gate before starting their shift, ensuring tickets are only recorded at the appropriate checkpoint.

▸ Smart Offline Operation
Even when the network is down during an event, the application still records scans and saves them locally. Data automatically synchronizes to the system when the connection is restored — no checked tickets are missed.

Monitor shift data: scanned, used, awaiting synchronization, denied. Live updates via real-time connection to the event server.

Look up tickets by code when QR/barcode is broken or the customer does not have a printed ticket — view information and process check-in manually when permitted.

Turn sound, vibration, silent mode, and automatic flash on/off. Manually synchronize and track the number of tickets awaiting submission to the server directly in the settings screen.

HOW TO USE
1. Log in using your assigned staff account
2. Select the event and work gate
3. Scan the code on the guest's ticket

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid staff account provided by the organizers

• Android device with camera
• Internet connection (recommended; offline support has a time limit for synchronization)
ACCESS RIGHTS

• Camera: only for scanning QR codes/barcodes on tickets, not for recording video or saving images to the gallery
• Internet: Connects to the ticket authentication server and synchronizes data.
• Vibration: Provides haptic feedback upon successful or failed scanning.
SUPPORT
This application is for internal event operations. Staff requiring technical support on event day should contact their supervisor or the organizing committee's IT department.
