About this app

TC Técnicos is the work application for TC Group Solutions' field technicians. It is designed exclusively for internal use by the company's technical staff, and access requires corporate credentials assigned by TC Group Solutions.

INTENDED USE

The app accompanies the technician throughout the entire in-store intervention: from arrival registration, access measurement, and photograph capture, to documenting installed materials, equipment serial numbers, and the digital signature that closes the work order.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Recording of in-store interventions with GPS location data at the beginning and end.

• Capturing photographs organized by section (interior, exterior, checkout, sidewalk, work order).

• Recording measurements (access heights and widths).

• Managing materials received, installed, and uninstalled.

• Recording serial numbers of sensors and boxes.

• Additional attachments, technical comments, and equipment IP address.

• Digital signature of the work order by the store manager.
• Direct chat channel with the TC Group Solutions back-office team.

• Offline operation: work is saved on the device and automatically synced when the mobile phone regains coverage.

PERMISSIONS USED

• Camera: to capture photos of the report and scan codes.

• Location (foreground only): to record the exact start and end times of the intervention using GPS. The app does NOT access location data in the background.

• Storage and files: to attach documents to the report.

• Notifications: to receive alerts from the back office.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

TC Técnicos is not a general-use application. Access is restricted to TC Group Solutions technical personnel, and credentials are managed by the company. If you have arrived here in error, you will not be able to log in.
