FerroStack is the inventory app designed for associations, clubs, small organizations, and teams that share equipment or stock. Create an organization, invite members with roles (viewer, editor, administrator), and maintain a clear overview of what you own, where it's stored, and what has been sold or removed.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
• Item records with photos, descriptions, references, prices, and currencies
• Storage locations for quick access to equipment
• Sales/removals to track history
• QR codes and barcodes: scan to open a record without searching through the list
• Label printing via a compatible Bluetooth printer (system pairing required)
• Dashboard and tabbed navigation (home, inventory, organization, scan, settings)
• Connected mode: synchronization with your server; Data can be cached on the device for smoother use.
ORGANIZATION AND ACCOUNTS
• Create an organization or join an existing one
• Manage members and roles for administrators
• Log in via email and password or with Google (depending on service configuration)
PRIVACY AND CONTROL OF YOUR DATA
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy accessible from within the application. You can delete your account from the settings; a dedicated page also explains how to request the deletion or erasure of data in accordance with the GDPR (link provided on the Play Store page or within the app).
