Good it works... but (1) not intuitives (please count the number of clicks of the entire process), (2) missing options : I want to buy at 20 tickets 😱 and not redo it again every 4 tickets (3) I have a family discount... But not option to choose. So I pay full price 😱 The only reason I use this app, is that I am forced to use it : we cannot buy anymore physical individual tickets !

After using for 7 months, I can confirm that the app is very useless. When you pay for tickets, you don't get receipt of payment. If you erroneously logout or reinstall app, all your unused tickets are gone! This has got to be one of the most frustrating app ever used..! Review: App works fairly okay. Receipt may or may not be sent to your email immediately. When you logout, your tickets are returned in 3 days. I still use it, not so bad.

I bought a monthly ticket and it it looked okay at first glance. However, I have two phones (personal and professional), so I tried to install the app on both phones. Now the card is not available on any of them. I keep receiving emails that claim that my card will be restored during three DAYS. Like if the electromagnetic signals are delivered by La Poste. Either way, even after 3 days it doesn't work. This is a joke.
