When first used, worked ok, then after a while of no use, does not acknowledge NFC (doesn't even show as a required permission on the app anymore). I now have 6 tickets I can't even use.

First off, I should not have to divulge personal information to buy a stupid bus ticket. Secondly, the SMS code did not come through, and after I asked twice for it to be resent, it locked me out saying the code had been sent too many times. So now I can't buy a bus ticket to get where I need to go. What a joke of an app.

Good it works... but (1) not intuitives (please count the number of clicks of the entire process), (2) missing options : I want to buy at 20 tickets 😱 and not redo it again every 4 tickets (3) I have a family discount... But not option to choose. So I pay full price 😱 The only reason I use this app, is that I am forced to use it : we cannot buy anymore physical individual tickets !
