Ratings and reviews

I am not a subscriber and will not be. I used to have either cable or satellite (depending on where I lived) but chose to disconnect due to the CONSTANTLY increasing cost. Spending WELL over $100 per month to watch a grand total of three channels seems ridiculous. I get apps for only what I want and pay considerably less. As a result of no longer paying for satellite, I cannot use the TCM app. Paying for 135+ unused channels just to watch TCM well, it's just crazy. Sad, too. I do miss my movies.

My original review was extremely positive (I used to LOVE it) but no more. It simply doesn't work on my Note 8, my Kindle Fire nor on my Alcatel tablet anymore. I can't connect 90% of the time and when it does, which is rare, it plays just long enough to become absorbed into a film then just stops and won't restart. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Adding titles to the watchlist never work. Sometimes takes multiple tries, sometimes they will just never show. It would be great to 1. Be able to add a bunch of titles at once instead of clicking into each movie, adding it one at a time, then going to the watchlist and finding none of them were added, and 2. Get notified when titles are due to expire, if you were successful in adding them to your watchlist. I love TCM but this app is so broken it's not funny.
