The app has a fatal error. When trying to register, at the screen where the Privacy Policy should be displayed, an error message pops up saying "you must accept the privacy policy before you continue". The app freezes, fails to display the policy, and the pop-up is unable to be dismissed. I have the latest version, I have uninstalled & reinstalled, restarted my phone... NO success. Same error. App developer needs to look at the source code!! I've even called customer service to make them aware.

Doesn't work on my pixel. It was nice to have on my Galaxy, but I switched to a Pixel and it gives me a username/password error. My username and password work just fine on the website. I contacted customer service and got no response.

I have a card with them and I was told I don't qualify to use the app. This app and the bank is full of Bull $@!T. All the money they collecting they should ask JPMORGAN to assist this their app set up. They are a joke. I would never recommend them to anyone.
