The APP functions via Tickets generated by the users. The ticket generated follows a specific approval cycle which goes through various Hierarchical approvals. The APP also throws various notifications on the events such as Ticket Generation, Ticket State Change, Ticket Closure & Ticket Acceptance/Rejection.
