Not a well thought out app. If you download it from Playstore there is no option for +61 numbers. You get that only from Qr code. Once account is created, adding the card to digital wallet fails with explanation that are not for a client, but rather an IT engineer. And finding the places your card covers is way too hard - too many steps to get to that page and it is on a website with no good filters. Find your locations in the app don't even take you to that page.. so much work needs to go in

Registration require sms verification, which didn't work. From the review it seems this issue has been going for a while and developers didn't bother to fix it. Edit: After going through hoops to activate it, the app doesn't gjve you options to delete low balance cards, so all your cards will start piling up and the app became hard to use. Please give us option to delete the cards no longer in use.

Never had to jump through so many hoops and agree to so many terms and conditions, download an app, give them more info about me... Just to redeem a gift card. I feel like it is deliberately convoluted to ensure they get a higher percentage of unused gift cards because it's so damn difficult.
