ACCOUNT & SIGN-IN

FlickReply uses an account to keep your plan and settings with you across devices. Sign in with a one-time email code or Google Sign-In. During sign-up, we ask for your first name, gender, and phone number to personalize your experience and support your account.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your email code or Google and enable FlickReply as your Android keyboard.
2. Open the app where you want to type.
3. Tap the AI feature from the FlickReply keyboard.
4. Generate a smart reply, correct your text, rewrite your message, or choose a tone.
5. Review the result and choose the response you want to use.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE

FlickReply uses Android's Accessibility Service only for AI Smart Replies. When you request a Smart Reply, FlickReply accesses relevant on-screen conversation content from supported apps to understand the context and generate a reply suggestion.

The relevant conversation content is sent to FlickReply's servers for AI processing and is not stored on our servers. Accessibility access is required only for AI Smart Replies. General keyboard features do not require Accessibility access.

FlickReply does not use Accessibility access to change device settings, control your device, or perform actions without your interaction. You can enable or disable the Accessibility Service at any time from Android Settings.

PERMISSIONS

• Keyboard/Input: Required to use FlickReply as your Android keyboard.
• Internet: Used for AI features, account services, and subscriptions.
• Contacts (optional): Used for contact-name suggestions; contact information stays on your device.
• Notifications (optional): Used for relevant app and account notifications.
• Photos: Android's photo picker is used when choosing a keyboard background.
• Accessibility: Used only for AI Smart Replies.

KEYBOARD BACKGROUND IMAGE

Personalize your keyboard with your own photo using Android's photo picker. FlickReply only uses the image you choose and does not request access to your entire photo library. The selected image is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
