I faced a lot of technical issues while generating the bill. In every bill cycle I have to delete and reinstall the app, only then it allows me to generate the bill. The app asks you to pay the bill even if the bill ampunt is zero and becasue of this it does not show you the self billing screen wherein you take the pic of the meter and provide the reading, so in this scenario self billing is only possible when you delete the app from your device and install it again.

Dear DJB technical team I couldn't understand why you have created this app. if this app. doesn't download the water bill , every time when i have tried to download the bill the app. every time shows the error message. If this app. is created only to see the due amount of the bill , this I can also see in my message inbox of my registered mobile no. , If you really concerned with your app. then update this with better version

Unable to login. Message from server says authentication error. I have installed the latest version of the app. I think the login problem might be linked to the latest update of the app. I cleared the cache and data of the app and then tried to login, but was able to login. Forgot password link also didn't help as the server message said there was a problem in sending the OTP. Please resolve this issue.
