The Official TCS London Marathon App, with all its fantastic features, is your perfect companion to the 2024 TCS London Marathon on Sunday 21 April.

We recommend that you download and try out the Official App now so you can familiarise yourself with all its special features before the big day.

New for 2024! Use the Wayfinder on Marathon Day to quickly find out where you are and what is around you. Spectators can use the Wayfinder to see when chosen participants are expected to pass Landmarks on the route.

Participants can use the Official App to:
• record their marathon miles
• track other participants (and invite friends and family to track them too!)
• listen to a motivating soundtrack
• take selfies to post on social media
• find expert tips and advice
• and much more.

Supporters can also use the Official App to:
• follow participants’ progress and see when they’ve passed Landmarks on the route, using the Wayfinder
• check out results
• and send ‘belief booster’ messages of support to chosen participants!

Awful this year. Froze a few miles in my virtual, then it was 10k behind before it kicked in again. Manually submitted time thankful for garmin and strava. The audio was the same as the last few years. Yeh... Wasn't impressed with the app this year. Don't get me started on how many attempts it took to log in. Wow. Fingers crossed next year is better

The splits pacing values make no sense. All other similar apps show avarage pace for the latest split, e.g. between 15k and 20k say. This is useful info as it shows how a runners pace varies during the race. But the London app shows the average pace from start to lastest checkpoint. This is no use to anyone..as it gives no indication if runner is finishing strong or fading. Noone with any knowledge of marathon running would design an app this way!!! Also led to useless expected finishing times

2024 version - same s&£t, different year! Can't search by running club so I'm having to track down everyone I want to follow individually, the map doesn't work so I can't see where they are - that's just for starters. You should be thoroughly embarrassed if you think this is a 'great' app - I really believe a college student could do better than this.
