About this app

TCS iOrder is the ordering app for TCS Wholesale (Choithrams) staff. Take customer orders on your phone, get them approved, and print or share delivery notes and proforma invoices – all in one place.

TAKE ORDERS IN SECONDS
• Search a customer by name or mobile number – address and phone fill in automatically
• Search products and add them with the quantity and unit (CTN, PCS, PACK)
• The rate starts at the customer's last approved price, and you can change it for this order
• See the line amount and order total as you go

WORKS OFFLINE
• No internet? Keep taking orders – they are saved safely on the phone
• Orders are sent automatically as soon as the connection is back
• A resent order is never saved twice

APPROVE WITH ONE TAP
• Managers see the ordered and approved quantity and rate side by side
• Change quantities or rates, remove or add products before approving
• Orders approved with changes are marked "Partially Approved"
• Edit a pending order at any time before it is approved

DELIVERY NOTE AND PROFORMA INVOICE
• Delivery note with product, quantity and unit – no prices
• Proforma invoice with rate, amount and gross invoice total
• Choose the date to print, then print or share as PDF on WhatsApp or email

TRACK EVERY ORDER
• Pending, Approved, Partially Approved and Rejected lists
• Filter by branch and see what is still to be dispatched
• Daily order report by date range, status and branch, grouped by customer

• Every order carries the branch of the person who placed it

• Sign-in required, strong passwords and account lock after repeated wrong passwords
