it's slow, sometimes it takes minutes before the accounts display, and that is with a good internet connection, you can imagine what a slow connection would be like. Overnight deposits don't show up till late morning or afternoon. it's down quite often, the error message says no Internet connection, which is fine, the app is wonky and can be difficult to navigate. Update: I have stated the issues, fix the software. Today: overnight deposits did not post until 1:40pm, that's not the phone.

So far, it sucks. I clicked on the tutorial "tile" and it deleted it. I can't automatically see my checking account; it defaults to my share account, which on the rare occasion I use it, I want to have to go looking because I use it to hide money for Christmas. Menus seem to go no where and tile names are in no logical order and aren't titled in a way that I know what they do. Reinstalled the other app so I could even enroll. Will keep it as long as possible and just use the new one to transfer

Wow this new app is hot garbage. Constant errors on the website and app. I haveto submit multi factor authentication every time I log in? And it can't find my information every time I try it, even though I've been a member for 20 years. Unless that gets fixed, I'll be deleting the app. I do a lot of online banking so if these problems aren't addressed, I'll be moving elsewhere.
