App's loading time is abysmal, takes a minute every time just to switch from one page to another, I've wasted 20 minutes of my life just trying to log in to my account. But the worst part? I can't even make any transactions and there's a limit of 1 transaction every day. ONE. Something about this app makes me think it was coded with AI. Why did you make another app when the last one worked just fine??? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Was forced to download the new app. I log in and it tells me to reset my password, I type in a new password and the app gets stuck loading, then the loading just stops without completing anything. And it goes like this every time I try to log in.

Top bank in Mongolia. Can't handle their migration without messing it up. The new app is sleek but really unstable.
