I love using the app. I would have given 5 stars, but I never get my loyalty point when using the app, and it never shows when I have rewards available. I have emailed about this issue, and no one ever responded back.

Does this app even work? I'd get stuck on "select location." When I finally had an account, whenever I put I'm my credentials to log in, it just erases them after I hit "log in." I like the tea, but this app seems to be a trash fire that doesn't work at all...would be nice if they fixed it, otherwise I don't wanna bother going to the stores to get their drinks.

I love this app and the staff is so amazing! I love interacting with them and always having great energy whenever I walk inside the store. The app is so easy to use and very resourceful!
