About this app

This app is a companion to TeacherEase, a SaaS platform for schools and districts to track and securely share student data. It allows teachers, admins, and parents to view and modify TeacherEase data on your Android device. You must already have a TeacherEase account to use the app.


You’ll notice the app has diverged from our existing website functionality. Its unique workflow releases mobile-specific functionality. It is not available through our web service.


This app is for teachers, admins, and parents. We plan to offer a separate app for students.

Awful UI. I wish our school system would choose a different app. The keyboard blocks me from seeing the whole screen. Sometimes when I push the button to minimize the keyboard, the payment screen disappears. Today, it's showing my card as suspected fraud, even though it's the one I use every week. There's always some new bug. Do better.

After another update it seems to be fixed where I can use the app on any device again. The choices are all there for viewing grades and attendance. The "updates" have made things worse. Now when I open the app I have to do so on the tablet and hold it in landscape just to be able to touch the icons. Plus there are no longer options for grades or any menu other than the newsfeed.

I haven't even been able to use this app for my kids this whole semester because it glitches out on the registration page. I was able to register 4 kids, but when I select the 5th it just gets stuck loading and freezes. If I hit the back arrow to get out of the registration screen without selecting the 5th child, it closes the app. I haven't been able get the app to function even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. The school has no idea how to fix it.
