The Academy Link® Educator app offers Kiddie Academy early childhood educators an easy and efficient way to quickly complete essential daily tasks on the fly, online or offline. The app simplifies teaching, documentation, classroom management, and family engagement throughout the day, enabling teachers to make the most of every moment with easy-to-use tools right at their fingertips.

A single app to support all essential classroom tasks, including:
- View and teach directly from your daily schedule, curriculum, and activities
- Create documentation
- Communicate with families
- Save & share photos, videos, and other media across devices
- Take attendance, move children or staff, and complete name to face checks
- Track care routines and share Daily Reports with families

Academy Link Educator requires a SmartTeach login and is available only to Kiddie Academy staff.

What’s new

All teachers and administrators using the Academy Link® mobile app now have shared access to classroom media, the ability to update child profile photos, the ability to receive Sticky Notes reminders as well as the ability to attach announcements, edit activities, and view activity objectives and dimensions on the Daily Report.
