​My service has been broken since the 9th, and my calls are being ignored. I was promised a technician would come, but even after waiting until the 19th, no one showed up. You fail to provide service but never fail to send the bill at the end of the month. This is too much. If you aren't going to fix it, just come and remove your equipment.

Can't do payment and still showing white screen. Don't do any upgrade for app. Bad service.
