Escalation Binder gives responders one durable place to coordinate a critical issue and preserve its complete operational record.

Capture current state, ownership, severity, impact, affected systems, response roles, update cadence, channels, stakeholder updates, structured decisions, checklists, handoffs, timeline events, evidence metadata, root-cause analysis, action items, and verified closure.

The Android app is local-first and works without an account. Open a versioned JSON escalation packet with the Android system picker, review its identity before replacing local state, continue the response record, and export JSON or a readable Markdown report.

Evidence originals remain outside the packet; the packet preserves their metadata and documented paths. The public Android build contains no developer-operated backend, CloudKit, advertising, tracking, analytics, or AI service.
