This bank is the most frustrating, most annoying bank app I have ever used in my life. for one month now I have been trying to make transfer and it sends OTP. once I input and authorize transaction instead of sending out money. it resends another OTP code. I will input again and still it still resend another one. please just close down this App. it's not useful at all.

This app is one of the most frustrating app I have ever come across, it's always one problem to another. I've been trying to make transfer for awhile now and it's asking for otp and when the otp get sent, the app stop working. I've complained a lot and the only thing I keep getting is there's a glitch, when is there never a glitch? I can't have an emergency and expect it to be solved immediately and the unreasonable removal of charges too, my money keeps getting deducted for no reason

Wish there was a way to rate this less than 1 star. Whoever advised you to add otp as an extra layer to make transaction is bad at UX. it's frustrating enough to login then you have to deal with otp that nevers comes in time to be useful. And please remove the rubbish developer mode on the app, one can't even use the app cause it doesn't open. One shouldn't have to go into a bank physically to do something as simple as sending out money in 2025. No one forced you to create this stupid app.
