Easy to use with exercises tailored differently for individuals used to low, medium and high levels of perseverance and difficulty. I love the flexibility of the app in that I can set my rest time inbetween exercises and the visual aids are just amazing. I'd like an app like this for chest workout plan. I personally find this app quiet helpful for me. It gives excersices in a sequence that is easy to follow and times your rest so that you don't rest too long, wondering what excersice to do next.
