About this app

TCC SCNR is the event check-in companion for authorized Team Concept Crew staff and volunteers.

SCAN AND VERIFY
Scan TCC and supported District ticket QR codes or enter a TCC ticket number or District shortcode. Review guest and admission details before confirming entry. District bookings must first be imported into TCC's event system.

MANAGE EVENT ENTRY
Check guests in and identify tickets that have already been used. See how many guests each ticket admits, including supported single, couple, group and kids ticket types. Verification follows the event and ticket configuration.

FOLLOW CHECK-INS
Search the event's checked-in list and open ticket details. Your Check-ins shows guest admissions recorded by your account; History shows the event's shared checked-in records.

ISSUE ON-SITE TICKETS
Authorized administrators and moderators with Ticketing permission can issue physical-event tickets using Razorpay QR payment, recorded cash payment or complimentary guest admission. Volunteers cannot issue tickets. Guests pay through their own payment app; card details and UPI PINs are not entered in TCC SCNR. After confirmed payment or complimentary issuance, authorized staff can check guests in.

AUTHORIZED ACCESS ONLY
Only Google accounts authorized by a TCC administrator can access scanning and guest information. Administrators grant and revoke access according to event requirements. Volunteers can access only their assigned event. Installing the app or signing in with Google does not itself grant authorization.

Camera permission is optional. Manual ticket entry remains available without it. An internet connection is required to verify tickets and record check-ins.

TCC SCNR is free to use for authorized teams. It does not display advertising or sell paid digital content or digital subscriptions. It is a Team Concept Crew operations app, not an official District app.

TCC SCNR helps authorized event teams verify TCC and District tickets, record guest check-ins and view event attendance. Authorized staff can issue tickets using QR payment, cash or complimentary admission. Includes clearer loading and error feedback, accessible layouts and improved ticket sheets. Access is granted by TCC administrators.
