TeamDispatch is the job management app built for UK tradespeople and small teams. Book jobs, dispatch your crew, track customers, and share work with trusted partners — all from your phone.

Whether you're a sole trader or running a team of ten, TeamDispatch replaces the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group, and the diary on the dashboard.

Each industry gets its own booking form, completion checklist, and customer fields tuned to how that trade actually works. Auto locksmiths get full SERMI compliance built in. Gas engineers can record CP12 numbers and Gas Safe IDs against every job. Electricians can log Competent Person Scheme details (NICEIC, NAPIT, ELECSA).

WHAT'S IN THE APP

· Calendar — day, two-day, and week views. Drag a job to reschedule it. Filter by technician.

· Jobs list — Booked, In Progress, Complete, Incomplete, Cancelled. See everything live, on every device.

· Customer database — names, phones, addresses, vehicle details, full job history. No more "remind me who Mrs Patel is".

· Job log — chat thread per job. Office staff and the crew on site share notes, photos, and updates in real time.

· Push notifications — your team knows when a job is booked, edited, completed, or shared their way.

· Office staff role — desk users get a separate web app at teamdispatch.app. Book jobs from a laptop while your crew works on phones.

· Re-share jobs with partners — pass work to a trusted partner company through a secure invite link. They get the job, you stay in the loop.

· SERMI audit records — auto locksmiths get full UK/EU SERMI compliance: VIN capture, customer ID + V5 photo, customer signature, 5-year retention, exportable PDF audit record. None of the named competitors offer this.

· Free SERMI bulk export — every record your company holds, downloadable as a single ZIP from Settings.
