I'm finding the TeamHaven app isn't very efficient. Why can't all the locations be in a list, with two empty check boxes beside each one. One box should be checked, meaning "the location was open,no changes are needed, and nothing to report other than it's been completed, The other blank box is to be checked only if there are any other scenarios, which will bring you to the other pages where changes can be made. When you have over 100 locations, ticking boxes on several pages, for each location, is quite the waste of time, just to say "everything is normal and complete", when the same outcome can be done with one check, per location, on the main list page. Out of all my locations, I have maybe three out of 100, that need changes/closed/other information uploaded. By only having to go into the app and make changes to 3 stores, instead of checking off boxes and pages of the whole one hundred, It would be most time efficient and save people at LEAST a half an hour a day uploading. If the app can't be modified like the above, for what ever reason, at the minimum, it could be a lot more efficient if when on the the "sort" page, TeamHaven could display part of the street address instead of the area, as we already know what area we chose to view, so having the same area name showing under each location is redundant. When someone has several locations with the same name, in the same area, they have to click each one until they find the one their looking for, but if a partial address could be seen from the main list, it would be most efficient. Also certain check boxes have to be clicked twice in order to say "no". Why? Why isn't a blank check box, by default, a "no"? Instead, you have to click the box twice, once to put a check mark in, and once again to take it out, just to say "no", There should be zero clicking required for a "no". On the last "Survey" page, there is a "Next" button in the upper right hand corner. The "Next" button leads you to another page, where you can click "Save"...Why isn't the last "next" button, the actual "Save" button? Sorry, one more thing, it would be phenomenal if we could have the option to make a "custom sort" order, so we could actually have the locations in the order we do them/ like them, and have it saved permanently, so it would always be intact after a sync.

Was a great app before but since the last two updates (I am niw on 2.0.70) it is very slow and hangs/ freezes for a couple of seconds at each input stage, from logon all the way through the operation. The app is now so unstable I keep a paper log just in case it crashed. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY. PS I use it on a Nokia 5 with Android Pie

All in all its a good app for managing team projects, but the map function is decidedly dodgy. It never works quite as well as it could. Very frustrating. New version doesn't work at all on the new Samsung Note 10.
