App occasionally goes blank after taking photos, kicks out out call & you have to go back into the call to carry on, then it happens again. Sometimes after syncing the app crashes, which crashes my phone, then I have to restart the app to start again. Also get a failed message after entering start details & pressing check-in. Doesn't always respond when pressing the down arrow on unplanned, so need to press again on doing so it loads then closes the unplanned list.

Was a great app before but since the last two updates (I am niw on 2.0.70) it is very slow and hangs/ freezes for a couple of seconds at each input stage, from logon all the way through the operation. The app is now so unstable I keep a paper log just in case it crashed. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY. PS I use it on a Nokia 5 with Android Pie

Sinse the update it is slow and keeps crashing.They need to make it so you can have more that one teamhaven app on your phone as I work for alot of companies that use it for reporting in the same store and you have to keep login out and in .

Unfortunately, Android only allow one copy of the app to be downloaded at one time, we apologise for this inconvenience.
