May 24: bugs still present! Jan 2024 update: This update is awful. If you have thumb print access enabled, when you launch the app and click on the three dots for more options and are prompted to sign in with your thumb print, the app asks you to enable gps to find atms. You cannot decline or back out. Also on the home screen there is an icon that looks like the standard sms icon but it is for video call! Bad UI design. And another inescapable prompt for microphone access

Once I was finally able to access my account, the new app seems nice. However, the hassle and time it took to get logged in was ridiculous. The information that was required to sign in was ridiculous and overkill. I believe it asked 6 or 8 security questions. I think an email should have been sent out in advance, explaining the steps and information required to access the new app. Very poor launch of a new app.

difficult to install. had to call and have someone over the phone do it. then "all you gotta do" is change all the passwords security questions etc...not that easy. talked to 3 different people in this process because I couldnt find WHERE to change the info. finally started changing info. EVERY TIME I changed something I had to go back and forth between texting and there for verification codes. I was about to find a new bank...way to complicated...and this app isn't as nice as the old one!!!!
