half baked...poor account recovery process purely depends on you getting ahold of your HOA to recover account so good luck getting ahold of them. little to no controll over account password so you have no choice besides remembering an arbitrary number and password your HOA set up. all I can say is good luck to anyone who is forced to interact with this.
