The Totem App enhances your experience with the Totem Compass—the world-famous wearable device that helps you find your people without cell service or Wi-Fi.

Connect directly to your Totem Compass via Bluetooth to manage your Bonds, update software, access new features and view real-time maps—no account creation, no login, and no internet required.

Your Totem Compass does not require the app to perform basic functions. All core features—including tracking, navigation, and Bonding—work independently, without ever needing a phone. The app simply gives you the option to customize your setup, monitor your Bonds, and streamline updates more easily.

It's a good start. making it easier to switch between Totems is a must. I'm not sure if maybe Android has a limit on requests, but it feels like the app crashes or times out a lot. force close the app and wait a few minutes before you can try again. Living on Long Island I was shocked to only see 1-2 satellite connections. Remaining connected was another issue.

App is unusable in its current state. I can connect to a compass. Unfortunately, none of what I assume are supposed to be buttons on the "Your Compasses" screen are tappable, so the moment I disconnect from my one compass, it's impossible to reconnect to it again. In order to connect to other compasses, the first compass needs to be completely disconnected because I can only pair through the "Scan for Nearby Totems" button. I can't tap on the "+," I can't tap on previously paired compasses.

its biggest problem is it's not intuitive. it does work. everything about it functions as it should however, the creators have relied too much on the individuals who purchased this item to go on YouTube and find out for themselves how to work and program these devices instead of just including all of this information in one intuitive instruction manual. it is not obvious how to pair these devices with your phone it is not obvious how to pair these devices with Wi-Fi it is not obvious how to upda
