Team Tracker is a GPS-based employee location tracking app designed for field teams and workforce management.
⚠️ LOCATION TRACKING DISCLOSURE
This app tracks employee GPS location for team visibility and attendance management. Location tracking:
• Requires explicit user consent before activation
• Displays a persistent notification while active
• Is intended for enterprise use where employees are aware of and consent to location sharing during work hours
• Can be stopped at any time by the employee

• Real-time GPS tracking with battery-efficient background service
• Offline data storage with automatic sync when internet is available
• Live location map for admins to monitor field employees
• Historical route playback with stop point detection
• Automatic attendance marking based on location data
• Geofence zones for entry/exit alerts and auto clock-in
• Distance and attendance reports with CSV export
• Employee consent management for privacy compliance
• Configurable tracking intervals and work hours
PRIVACY & TRANSPARENCY:
• Employees must explicitly consent before tracking starts
• Persistent notification is shown whenever tracking is active
• Visible on/off toggle — employees control when tracking is active
• Location data is auto-deleted based on configurable retention policy
• Admin access is role-based — employees can only see their own data
• No hidden or covert tracking functionality

This app is designed for businesses to manage field employees with their full knowledge and consent. It is NOT intended for monitoring individuals without their awareness.
ADMIN PORTAL:
A web-based admin panel is available separately for management to view live maps, generate reports, manage teams, and configure settings.
