There are so many issues. I don't know where to start. It has no idea what time it is so to schedule cleanings is Nonsense, and it's time always changes. It will erase the map of what it's cleaned even if you haven't even touched the robot. It does not resume its cleaning once it's back to fully charged. I'm running out of allowed characters of text so I need to finish now... Even though there's so many other issues.

The robot is ok not great but the app is junk. It does not work 80 percent of the time. I set a cleaning schedule at 9 am. Sometimes it will run at 9 am, other times it started at 6 am, or at random time, sometimes it started at 12 midnight for no reason. It had a hard time going back to charging base. I would not buy this brand again ever. The robot is junk and the app is junk.

It took forever just to see how to delete the previous map. Should be an option to save or delete on the screen with the map, and on the screen listing maps. The option to file for tech support doesn't work; wouldn't attach a pic or video and couldn't browse media files on the phone.
