Rubbish! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have been trying for over a year to set up this app. At first it did not accept my mobile number. Funny how the bank manage to send me text messages. Now it will not accept my İkamet. Is this app only available to Turkish citizens now?

App asked for update and stopped working. Play store update does not work. I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstal, but that didnt work too. So I called call center and they replied me their app works really well and it should be a problem about my phone. Maybe its an old phone or needs update, very funny. I asked for support and ended up with an insult. I am sorry TEB if I am not a buying freak technology monster, It has been 4 years that Samsung launched this model. Time to change my bank.

It is useless bloody application. When I m abroad out of Turkey, it is utterly crashing not able to open, gives multiple error, truly turn the life upside down also blocking the password. It is designed only for one appointed phone. Except the personal own phone different device is not allowed to reach it especially while out of Turkey. Please dont have excuse because of security reason in return of complaints. Anyway briefly it is awfully disappointing. Separately please keep the ATMs operat.
