Trakoras is a live GPS tracker for vehicles you own.
Install Trakoras on a phone you keep in the car — it tracks GPS in the background, even with the screen off, and streams your vehicle's position to your private dashboard. Open the same app on your other phone (or any browser) to watch all your vehicles live, see how fast they're moving, where they've been, and get an alert the moment anything moves.
CORE FEATURES
• Live GPS tracking — adaptive sampling that sleeps when parked and wakes the moment you move, so it doesn't drain the battery.
• Trip history — every trip automatically segmented with start, end, distance, duration, and stops detected.
• Speed-coloured trip playback — replay any past trip on the map with a heat-coloured route showing where you drove fast or slow.
• Driver score — every trip gets a 0–100 score based on overspeed, harsh acceleration, and harsh braking events.
• Geofence alerts — draw a circle on the map. Get a push the moment your vehicle leaves or enters that zone.
• Movement-started alerts — push notification fires when a parked vehicle starts moving (with a 5-minute cooldown so a single trip doesn't spam you).
• Overspeed alerts — push fires when a vehicle exceeds 80 km/h.
• Share-with-anyone links — generate a tokenised link with optional PIN and expiry (1 hour to 1 month). Recipients see a live map without needing an account. Revoke instantly.
• Multi-vehicle dashboard — view all vehicles tied to your account on one screen, with status pills and short device IDs.
• Two app modes — vehicle mode (this phone is the tracker) or dashboard mode (this phone watches your other vehicles). Switch any time.
• Dark mode, light mode, system mode — every screen.
PRIVACY
• Self-hosted: data lives on the server you connected to, not a central cloud.
• HTTPS everywhere. Session tokens hashed at rest. Share-link PINs HMAC-hashed.
• Email OTP sign-in — no passwords stored.
• Full in-app account deletion: Menu → Danger zone → Delete account.
• Per-vehicle delete from the dashboard.
• Background location is used only to track your own vehicle. Never sold or shared with advertisers.

Vehicle-count is enforced server-side. Free is permanent and full-featured for one vehicle.
