Ratings and reviews

Search is TERRIBLE! Just touching it the wrong way will send it flying through books. Then trying to get back to the one you just saw and you want to use is almost impossible because you don't know where it was, because you just saw it. Every time I check this app and think I'll use it I realize that this search function is the reason I don't. If I try to just scroll through the results and my thumb touches the wrong way somehow, it will send the whole list into a spin. It goes wherever it wants

I shouldn't need an account just to read the Bible. Some of us just want a simple app that you can just go straight to reading as soon as you open it. we just want a Bible app that doesn't require to take extra time to set it up, its an unnecessary inconvenience even with the benefits that some of us just don't care about. UPDATE: There was no option available to skip setting up an account so their response to my last review telling me there was, that was not true based upon my experience.

This is the best King James Bible app that I have used!!!! It is amazing!!! I have downloaded several over the last year or so. Each had either technical issues and or deficiencies or they were overloaded with ads, some of which were inappropriate. This app has the best of everything. You can remove the minimal ads for only $1.99- not a subscription. It is very easy to navigate to different passages, it has very helpful cross-reference links, and definitions. You can select the font type and size
