Simple QR Code Activation: Scan the QR code of a beacon directly inside the vehicle using the smartphone camera for instant identification and activation.

Vehicle & Asset Mapping: Link the device to a specific station ID, vehicle ID, transport category (e.g., articulated bus, subway, tram), operator, and exact mounting point in just a few clicks.

Intelligent Installation Templates: Access pre-loaded, vehicle-specific best-practice mounting templates and visual diagrams to guarantee error-free installation in under 4 minutes per device.

Hardware-Agnostic Compatibility: In addition to WavePointer’s high-reliability beacons (such as the certified WP 350 RT series), the eAdmin app supports optionally third-party beacons adhering to open industry standards (iBeacon, Eddystone, AltBeacon).

Direct eCloud Synchronization: The app communicates in real time with the central WavePointer eCloud Beacon Management System (BMS). Once activated, the beacon's operational status (battery levels, last-seen timestamp, activity status) is immediately visible on the central dashboard.
Security and Access Control:

Data security is our top priority. Access to app features is protected by a robust, role-based authorization concept with secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. All data transmission to the eCloud is fully encrypted in compliance with strict European security and data privacy standards (GDPR-compliant hosting in Germany & Switzerland).
