Songo.mn lets you order food from more than 100 most popular restaurants in Ulaanbaatar to your door. In addition to the amazing selection of food, Songo.mn will deliver groceries, wine and drinks, bakery items, flowers and dry cleaning.


NO-CONTACT DELIVERY


Deliveries are now left at your door by default. If a no-contact delivery is requested, the delivery person will know you want them to leave your food in a safe place and alert you when it’s ready for pickup.

Ratings and reviews

This definitely needs more development. For example, some features don't work, laggy sometimes, and often when there's high traffic on the app it just won't process the order and can't even see what's in my basket. Overall, not bad, the service is good. I think it depends on the days like when its raining on a friday night around 7pm, there's too much demand on the app.

This service is really hit or miss -- meaning you might not even get your food. You should know that your order is not even acknowledged until you receive an SMS message to your phone. The problem is that it's becoming more and more frequent that you will put in a delivery and receive no response for up to 30 minutes, or even an hour. And if you try to leave them messages or call, they often won't even respond. So you'll waste 30 minutes for the operator to get around to taking your order, on top of the 60-90 minutes for your order to arrive. Then add another 20-30 minutes when there is high traffic (there is almost always high traffic) I will give this service compliments for their delivery people. They are knowledgeable about the city and how to get to places . But either they need to automate the ordering process, or they need operators that will pay more attention to their jobs!

App needs updates and could use a fix to the http part of the application. Can no longer rate restaurants or deliveries. Also kind of clunky to get around the application itself.
