About this app

Skybuds is the companion app for your Skybuds teddy bear — a screen-free AI plush toy designed for children.

This app is for parents. Use it to set up your Skybuds bear, configure how it talks with your child, and review daily activity from your phone. Your child does not interact with this app. All conversations happen with the physical bear directly.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Pair your Skybuds bear over Bluetooth and connect it to your home Wi-Fi
• Personalize your child's bear — choose a voice, language, talk speed, and personality tone
• Customize what your bear knows about your family, your child's interests, and your house rules
• Set sleep hours so the bear is quiet at bedtime
• Adjust volume and switch the bear between push-to-talk and auto-listen modes
• Review a daily summary of what your child talked about with the bear
• See weekly stats: streaks, word count, talk time, and conversation highlights
• Track development insights across curiosity, vocabulary, creativity, engagement, and emotional awareness
• Earn badges as your child reaches conversation milestones
• Manage multiple bears and multiple children from one account

Skybuds is built so that parents always stay in control:
• Your child never opens this app — it lives on your phone
• You decide what topics your bear can discuss
• You can mute the bear, change its mode, or put it to sleep at any time
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app

PRIVACY

We only collect what's needed to run the service: your name, email, an optional profile photo, and the settings you choose for your child's bear. Account data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. Conversations between your child and the bear are processed to generate the summaries and insights you see in the app.
