Vatsak is an app for shopping in a network of micromarkets that operate without a cashier and without queues. You come up, scan the QR on the door, pick up what you want, and go about your business. That's it.
We don't need you to put the goods on the conveyor belt, look for the price on the price tag, wait for the person in front of you to pay with a card they forgot in another bag. We want your lunch break to remain a lunch break, and not a quest to "find something to eat in 15 minutes".
What it looks like in practice
You go up to the micromarket. Open Vatsak, scan the QR on the door. You hear a beep - the door is unlocked. Take what you want. Close it. The amount for what you took appears in your shopping history in a few seconds.
What you get
Speed. Shopping takes less time than making coffee. No waiting, no talking.
Transparency.
In the app, you can see the entire menu of each micromarket with photos, prices, ingredients, and weight. Before you open the door, you know exactly what's there.
Control over expenses.
Your entire shopping history at your fingertips: when, where, what, and how much. You can view an electronic receipt for any transaction.
Tips on where to eat.
The map shows all the micromarkets in the network. If the location is not obvious (for example, a micromarket in a business center on the third floor), the location card will contain instructions on how to find it.
Your voice in choosing the assortment.
In the "I want this" section, you can vote for products that are not yet available in a particular micromarket. The owner sees what buyers want and adds what many people voted for. You literally influence what will appear on the shelf tomorrow.
Fast support.
If something went wrong - for example, the wrong amount was debited - write to the chat directly from a specific transaction. You don't need to explain what purchase you are talking about, the context is automatically pulled up.
Bonus program.
Cashback from purchases that does not burn out. Bonuses are automatically credited before being debited from the card.
Security
Card data is stored via tokenization with 3DS confirmation - we do not see your card number. You can set a PIN code, Face ID or fingerprint to log in to the application. Each purchase comes to you in the form of a push notification - if something strange happens, you will find out about it immediately.
