Instead of locking you into a single voice, Vajra TTS bridges and coordinates the installed speech engines on your device (such as Google Speech Services, Vocalizer, RHVoice, Samsung TTS, and others) and dynamically switches between different voices and engines mid-sentence without lag or buffering.

1. MULTILINGUAL SPEECH ROUTING
• Dual Language Mode: Set a Primary and Secondary language (e.g., English + Hindi, English + Tamil, English + Spanish) for seamless bilingual reading.

• Smart OTP Formatting: Reads verification codes digit-by-digit (e.g., 4 9 2 8 0 1) for clarity.
• URL & Date Normalization: Formats long web links and normalizes dates and timestamps for smooth listening.
• Punctuation Filter: Configurable punctuation verbosity and suppression of repeated symbols.

3. PER-APP SPEECH PROFILES
• Customize voice models, speech rate, and pitch for specific apps (e.g., faster reading in email apps, relaxed pace in reading apps).
• Automatically applies custom speech profiles when switching between apps.

4. CALL & NOTIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENTS
• Incoming Call Announcer: Announces caller names and phone numbers for cellular calls and supported VoIP apps (such as WhatsApp and Telegram).
• Payment Alert Soundbox: Spoken announcements of received payment amounts for supported payment and banking apps/SMS.

5. PRONUNCIATION DICTIONARY
• Create custom pronunciation replacement rules (with case-sensitive and whole-word matching options) to correct mispronounced words, acronyms, technical terms, or symbols.

6. AUDIO ROUTING & SMART SOUND CUES
• Route accessibility speech and media audio to separate physical audio channels.

7. TEXT TO AUDIO CONVERTER (.WAV)

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE & PRIVACY DISCLOSURE

Vajra TTS utilizes Android's AccessibilityService API solely to provide the following user-facing assistive features:
• Foreground App Detection: To detect when an assigned app opens so the app's custom speech profile can be applied automatically.
• Call & Notification Announcements: To detect incoming call and payment notification events to announce them aloud to the user.

Privacy Guarantees:
• 100% Offline & Local Processing: All speech synthesis, text chunking, and rule matching happen entirely on your device.
• Zero Data Collection: Vajra TTS does not collect, store, track, or transmit any personal data, screen content, keystrokes, contacts, or audio recordings off your device.
