The TechBolide company offers the TechBolide SGR application to support small and medium-sized shops in adopting the Guarantee-Return System (SGR). The application improves the management of interactions between customers and stores, as well as between stores and RetuRO. In a first stage of use, the application works as a dedicated software solution for the individual scanning of packaging subject to SGR, generating vouchers with a validity period of 30 days.

Vouchers are closed electronically at the cash register to avoid duplication. The process is flexible, adapting to small and medium-sized stores, either directly through our application or through centralized registration in the cash register. For tax compliance in chain stores, the application records transactions directly in the cash register system.

The application monitors the amount of returned packaging, locking when a predetermined number is reached and indicating when the bag is closed and the seal applied. A receipt confirms the closure of the bag and the subsequent scan of the seal consolidates the process and updates the internal stock.

When the collection machine arrives, scanning makes it easy to identify the bags and immediately updates the internal stock. The TechBolide SGR application tracking software records the transfer from the store to the SGR administrator.
