Fire Alarm Messages turns a one-line description of an emergency into a finished, panel-ready audio file — written, voiced, mixed with tones, and converted to the exact audio format your voice evacuation system accepts.

Built for fire alarm technicians standing in front of a panel, not at a desk.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Describe the announcement — "fire evacuation for floors 5 and 6, use the nearest exit, do not use the elevators."
2. The app writes clear, direct spoken wording for it. Edit anything. One-tap rewrites: lengthen, shorten, more authoritative, simpler.
3. Pick a voice. Ten professional voices run entirely on your phone — deep, authoritative delivery, paced to stay intelligible over building speakers.
4. Add attention tones — chimes, whoops, temporal patterns — before and after the message, and choose how many times it plays.
5. Export for your panel. Built-in destination formats for common voice evacuation systems, each converted to the documented sample rate, bit depth, encoding, and file naming rules — plus fully custom formats where you control every parameter: sample rate, 16/8/24-bit PCM, µ-law, A-law, WAV or raw, level, duration limits, and 8.3 file naming for older panel file systems.
6. Share the file to your panel's programming software, or play the master straight into an analog record input.

WORKS OFFLINE, STAYS PRIVATE

After a one-time download of the two on-device models (about 3 GB), writing and voicing run entirely on your phone. No account. No sign-in. Nothing you type leaves the device — announcements, buildings, and site details stay in your pocket.

Optional cloud voices and writing: bring your own API key for ElevenLabs, Google, or OpenAI and their full voice and model catalogs appear in the app — including your own custom cloud voices. The app tells you plainly whenever text is sent to a vendor, and it only ever happens with your key, at your direction.

BUILT LIKE A TOOL, NOT A TOY

• Waveform player everywhere — scrub, pause, and audition the exact file the panel will play, including 8 kHz and µ-law exports.
• A library that keeps every message, master, and export, with per-panel export history — know exactly which file went into which panel.
• Export verification that re-reads the emitted file and reports its true sample rate, encoding, duration, and size.
• Failures never destroy work: if a stage fails, everything already produced is kept, and the retry resumes from where it stopped.
