About this app

The Temple Renovation app helps volunteer teams organize renovations and maintenance of temples and churches: who works, what was done, and the required occupational safety documents for the project. Everything in one place, even working without internet access on the construction site.

MAIN FEATURES

• Registration of congregations and volunteer list (name, function, phone number, and, when applicable, the validity of NR-35 training and ASO).

• Quick list import: paste text from WhatsApp or a spreadsheet and register everyone at once.

• Workday log: who arrived at the site and what services were performed.

• History of days worked, searchable by name or function.

SAFETY DOCUMENTS

The app fills in the data over the official forms and generates a PDF ready to print or sign:

• DDS — Daily Safety Dialogue

• APR — Preliminary Risk Analysis (13 types of service: work at height, painting, roofing, welding, electrical, cleaning, and others)

• PT — Work Permit

• Activity Report

Each document can be filled out in the app or opened blank to be filled out by hand.

TEAMWORK

The person in charge creates the congregation and can authorize another member to access the same data. If one travels or is absent, the other continues the work. The invitation
needs to be accepted and never overwrites anything — it only grants access.

PRIVACY

Login is done with your Google Account. The data is stored in your account and is only visible to those you authorize. You can delete the account and all your data at any time in Settings.
