• TechDashers is currently available only in Orlando, Florida. On-site visits and remote sessions are limited to local service areas so in-person follow-ups and hardware handoffs go smoothly.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Describe your issue. Pick your device, such as a desktop, custom PC build, laptop, phone, gaming console, Wi-Fi network, printer, server, or cabling, and tell us what's wrong.
2. Choose your service. Request an on-site technician or start a live remote call. You can also browse technicians and book the one you like.
3. Know the price upfront. See transparent diagnostic rates, and approve any itemized parts and labor quote before work starts.
4. Track in real time. Follow your technician's route and arrival time, and check their digital ID badge before they come in.
5. Chat, call, and pay in the app. No personal phone numbers are shared, and payments are processed securely through Stripe.
