READ ALOUD
• Tap Read. The text in front of the camera is recognised and read in a natural voice.
• Every line is highlighted as it is spoken, so you can follow along.
• Pause, repeat a line, skip ahead, or make the text huge.
• Hold the Read button and move across a page, a shelf or a menu: ReadLens keeps reading what is new, in order.
• Turn Read on launch on and the app starts reading the moment you open it.

MADE FOR LOW VISION
• The Read button is the biggest control on the screen, always in the same place.
• Text contrast of 7:1 or better. A warm Paper theme for eyes that dislike glare.
• Ink theme for the camera, large type everywhere, full TalkBack support.
• Nothing is hidden in menus. Zoom, light, filter, freeze and read are one tap away.
• Left-handed or right-handed: put the controls on the side your thumb reaches.
• Nothing runs in the background. Close ReadLens and it stops using the camera and the battery.

PRIVATE, OFFLINE
Text recognition and the voice run on your phone. No internet is needed and nothing you point the camera at is uploaded anywhere. There is no account, no tracking and no ads.

QUALITY VOICES
ReadLens uses the best voice installed on your phone and opens your phone's text-to-speech settings so you can download more voices, free of charge. English, Turkish, German, Spanish and French are tuned and tested.

The magnifier is free, with every filter and the light, for as long as you like. Five reads aloud a day are free too. ReadLens Pro removes the daily limit and adds continuous reading and Read on launch. Pro is a one-time purchase; the app shows the price before you buy. No subscription needed.
