PatrolSync is a patrol management system for security teams — guards, supervisors, and anyone who needs to prove that a patrol was actually conducted.
The code is on-site, and check-ins are only accepted when the phone is within range of the checkpoint — so the record shows where the guard was actually located.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Patrol schedule — organize patrols into phases, each with
its own start and end times, and a grace period.
• Checkpoint check-in — scan the QR code at each point.
The distance is verified on the server, not on the phone.
• Task checklist — after scanning, each task is marked OK
or problematic, with a description and photo if necessary.
• Accident report — report an incident with photos directly from the scene.
Supervisors are notified immediately.
• SOS — send an emergency alert with your location to admin
and department teams, with a selectable reason afterwards.
• Route recording — patrol routes are recorded throughout the running phase,
including when the screen is off, and stop once the phase is over.
• Leave and substitution — guards request absences or task changes from the app; the request reaches the approver.
• Reports and analytics — full reports for a patrol, a summary
by date range, monthly completion rate, incidents, most active areas, and each guard’s performance.
• Offline — check-ins made without coverage are saved on the
device and sent back when the network is back.

Your organization signs up, and the organization admin creates an account for each guard. Contact your supervisor if you don’t already have one.

Free plans are available. Paid plans are purchased through Google Play and apply to your entire organization.
