About this app

The Citizens can download the Application from Play store or App Store. The Application stored in the name of < TS 108 >.
The User can register their details in the Mobile Application.
Ambulance Service
o The users can call to 108, 102 or 104 by pressing the buttons.
o The Call directly lands to Emergency Response center and ERO (Call Agent) will attend the call immediately. The App automatically capture caller location , which helps in assigning most nearest ambulance.
o Once Ambulance is assigned, the user can track the ambulance , call to the Ambulance EMT.
o Users can submit the feedback / provide any suggestions through Mobile Application.
Informative Services
o Blood Bank details with map view
o Government Hospitals with Map View
o Trauma Centers with Map View
